Cardi B just released another banger called “Bartier Cardi” with 21 Savage. With her first ever hit single “Bodak Yellow” dominating the airwaves, Cardi B recently beat Lauryn Hill‘s 1998 record for a female solo rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Well, it seems like Cardi isn’t going anywhere because she just proved herself and her flow on this new track. On this song in particular, Cardi shows off her skills by combining her effortless raps with a super catchy beat. On this song, one thing is clear: she’s coming to slay in 2018, too!

In the song, Cardi raps, “Your b*tch wanna party with Cardi. Cartier Bardi in a ‘Rari. Diamonds all over my body. ‘Shinin’ all over my body. Cardi got your b*tch on molly.”  By the second time the chorus hits, you’ll find yourself trying to rap along, making this track one of those that you just can’t get out of your head.

Of course, with all hit songs there are critics and nay-sayers. That being said, Cardi also received some hate for the track because she mentions her new fiancé, Offset from Migos, multiple times in the song.

With the lyrics, “Cardi got rich, they upset, yeah.   Cardi put the p*ssy on Offset (Say what?). Cartier, Cardi B brain on Offset (21),” listeners were quick to throw shade. Don’t worry, though… Cardi isn’t letting the haters get her down. After noticing all of the hate, she posted a instagram picture full of text on her story brushing off the haters and mentioning that Offset is her man and that she doesn’t care what others think. If we know Cardi, we know she’s not afraid to quickly shut down the haters before continuing to crush it in her career.

“Bardier Cardi” is the perfect follow-up to Cardi B’s super successful 2017, from putting out “Bodak Yellow”, to featuring on tracks with the Migos, Nicki Minaj, Juicy J, G- Eazy, and even reggaeton artist, Ozuna. All these recent hits have been leading up to the release of Cardi’s debut LP, set to release early this year.
