Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa’s “One Kiss” has been hiking it’s way up the charts. With Harris’ deep house vibes perfectly complimenting Lipa’s dream-like vocals, the upbeat track has made its mark. After making it available on Apple Music, the pair released the trippiest music video to accompany the hit track. While we did a full review of the song last month, today we’re here to talk about the music video.
Starting off with Lipa killing it in a black robe in front of a green screen, the summer song features pictures of a beach like atmosphere as the backdrop. With images of a tropical island, mounds of sand, a sunset and chilling poolside the video will have you counting down the days till summer vacation.
It’s no surprise fans were excited about the looks of the video before it even came out to the public, the imagery that accompanied the video is putting off some serious summer vibes.

Harris makes an appearance sitting in a full suit with bowtie, carrying a tray with one martini. While he only passes by for a few brief seconds, Dua Lipa also shows off multiple stunning outfits that help to add to the video ambiance. Sparkly cover-ups, bright bikinis, dresses shining in the sun and a bright purple catsuit with matching blazer.
The video offers even more awesome effects, like Lipa in a huge flower, gigantic bug like creatures, random shapes and even see through dancers. And it looks like the effects team must’ve had a lot of fun making this video. Calvin Harris favorite, Emil Nava, directed the recent video along with some of Harris’ earlier work. He has also worked with artists like Ed Sheeran, Post Malone and Hailee Steinfeld.
