Britney Spears has kicked off the North American leg of her Piece of Me Tour, her first concert tour in six years, following the closing of her Las Vegas residency of the same name (Britney: Piece of Me). Her last tour was back in 2011 in support of her album, Femme Fatale, on the Femme Fatale Tour. The latest Piece of Me Tour largely mirrors her Vegas Residency, but will be bringing the fun to even more people throughout the U.S.!
The Piece of Me Tour kicked off on July 12th at the MGM National Harbor in Maryland. Her setlist consisted of 25 songs and a mid-show Missy Elliot dance break. Spears performed many of her biggest hits, ranging from “Work B****,” the opener, to “…Baby One More Time,” to the [obviously needed] “Piece Of Me,” to the more recent “Clumsy” and “Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes)” from her newest album, Glory. Spears also incorporated parts of Migos‘ “Walk It Like I Talk It” to her performance of “I’m A Slave 4 U.”
