New year, new festival lineups! During the first week of January, we got the Internet’s most-talked-about festival lineup: Coachella. With headliners Ariana Grande, Tame Impala and Childish Gambino, it is sure to be a good one. If you follow any actors or musicians on social media, you know that it was difficult to avoid the Coachella hype. We saw lots of excitement from first-time performers. On top of that, Twitter was rampant with fake lineup memes. Whether you’re going to Coachella or not, everyone has an opinion about the most popular festival. Here are some of our favorite celebrity reactions to the 2019 lineup announcement.
We have some very happy artists:

There were also artists who were salty that they didn’t make this year’s lineup:

Then, there are the celebrities who don’t keep up with music trends:
I am “have only heard of the larger font bands at Coachella” years old.

What’s your Coachella age?
Your #Coachella age is the font size of the smallest name you can read without squinting multiplied by the number of acts you had to look up minus the number of fringe vests you currently own. pic.twitter.com/NDGGsQoPt4

Nevertheless, Coachella is breaking barriers this year bringing more female and international acts:
I’ve loved K-pop since the 90s. I’ve pushed for it in my content. I’ve had countless chats with music insiders about its Western breakthrough, which has been happening the past few years. BLACKPINK playing Coachella is hugely significant. The locals have no idea what’s coming. 🇰🇷 pic.twitter.com/bod9uYr19m
