Danielle Bradbery just completed her Yours Truly: 2018 series with an amazing stripped down cover of Post Malone‘s “Psycho.” The country star started the series to share some of her favorite songs of 2018 with her fans. She covered songs like Ariana Grande‘s “God is A Woman,” Kacey Musgraves‘ “Slow Burn,” and now, one of Post’s biggest radio hits ever.
Of course, the 22-year-old put her own twist on “Psycho” and gave it a very soft, stripped-down and angelic sound. She expressed on Instagram that she gets inspired by music from many different genres, and when she had the idea for her series this was the first song she knew she needed to cover.
Not gonna lie… it takes a lot of courage for an artist to step out of their comfort zone and experiment with new genres, and the Voice alum managed to do it flawlessly. We think Danielle did an amazing job with this cover and proved that she can tackle any genre while also making it her own.
