All Our Emo Dreams Have Come True with Halsey’s “Without Me” Remix Featuring Juice WRLD

Halsey recently claimed the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 charts with her hit single, “Without Me.”  Along with the amazing news, she dropped a new version of the number one track featuring Juice WRLD.

The news of her hitting number one came with grateful words from Halsey! She tweeted, “I really need a sec to collect myself so I can properly express my gratitude…I’m so confused?¿ and happy?¿ thank you.”

With this spot, Halsey hit another record by being the eighth woman with multiple number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100 charts this decade!

As the single hit it’s top spot, the artist explained why she decided to release the remix with Juice WRLD.

In the Juice WRLD remix, we hear the familiar verses that the rapper is known for. He sings, “I’m sad inside, but I know it’s for the best, right? // You had to realize where you drew the line // I would cross the line a thousand times // You’ve got what I need, bae, I need your spotlight.” Immediately, the tune’s emo vibe and lyricism are elevated. It’s hard to imagine that being possible with Halsey’s already super-emo lyrics, but if anyone can push this song up the emo-meter, it’s Juice Wrld. He later sings, “So I’ll take what I can from you, then I’ll hide // And save the lucid dreams for another time.” Using wordplay from his hit song, “Lucid Dreams.”

Fans seemed to love the remix just as much as the original version!

Halsey also released a special edition vinyl for her fans including the original track as well as the Illenium remix of “Without Me,” along with an instant download of the Juice WRLD remix!
