Wallows Announce Highly-Anticipated First Record as Well as North American Tour

Who are Wallows? Well, hopefully, they will become a household name soon now that they have announced their debut album. The indie band from Los Angeles is made up of longtime friend Dylan Minnette (of 13 Reasons Why fame), Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston. After years of performing together under different names, the boys released their first song, “Pleaser,” as Wallows in 2017. Over the past two years, they have seen success with some singles and an EP. We now have the best news: a full album is on the way!

On March 22, 2019, Wallows will be releasing Nothing Happen. The album will consist of 11 new songs. The first single, “Are You Bored Yet,” featuring Clairo, was dropped alongside the album announcement last week. This is hopefully a good look into the upcoming album. It has a soft, nostalgic vibe with relatable lyrics. Wallows even paired it with a funny music video with Dylan performing in a karaoke bar where Noah Centineo is the bartender.

In total, there has been an album announcement, a single, and a new music video. But wait, there’s more! Wallows also announced a full North American tour kicking off at Coachella in April. Throughout May, they will be performing through many major US cities, so grab your tickets ASAP. We are excited to see Wallows continue to grow as artists since their previously released tracks have been so fresh and fun. Nothing Happens is sure to be a hit and hopefully we will see it take center stage this spring.
