Best Fan Reactions to the BTS ‘Love Yourself: Speak Yourself’ World Tour Announcement

Get ready ARMY because BTS is coming to a city near you!

On February 19, the superstar boy group’s management company, Big Hit Entertainment, announced that the group would be extending their current tour. The newly added tour dates will be under the name “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF.'”

Within hours, the hashtag “#SPEAK_YOURSELF” was trending and BTS’ fans were excited, to say the least. Here are some of our picks for the absolute best responses to the tour announcement. Seriously, we’re still laughing.

Tickets for the North American dates will be going on sale on March 1 at 10 a.m. local time, but prices have not been released yet. Fans were also surprised at how short of notice Big Hit gave about the tour and the sale date, with many saying they would have liked more time to save up their money for tickets. Needless to say, come March 1, tickets will sell out in a matter of minutes. With every date of their current tour being sold out, this new one will prove to be massively successful for the group.

The tour dates are as follows:

May 4, 2019 – Los Angeles, CA Rose Bowl Stadium

May 11, 2019 – Chicago, IL Soldier Field

May 18, 2019 – E. Rutherford, NJ Metlife Stadium

May 25, 2019 – Sao Paulo, Brazil Allianz Parque

June 1, 2019 – London, UK Wembley Stadium

June 7, 2019 – Paris, France Stade de France

July 6-7, 2019 – Osaka, Japan Yanmar Stadium Nagai

July 13-14, 2019 – Shizuoka, Japan Shizuoka Stadium Ecopa

The group’s current “LOVE YOURSELF” world tour will conclude on April 7 in Bangkok, Thailand. They will then be taking a much needed and well-deserved break before the next leg. However, eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that on BTS’ official website, it says “more dates to come,” so it’s possible that the tour could be extended even further depending on demand.
