Y2K and Bbno$ Team Up With Carly Rae Jepsen and Enrique Iglesias for “LaLaLa” Remix

With quite a few viral and catchy singles taking over social media, radio stations and charts these days, like songwriter and producer Blanco Brown’s “The Git Up,” singer Lil Nas X popular single “Old Town Road,” and most recently, rapper bbno$ along with producer Y2K’s “LaLaLa.”

With the popularity of singles comes the demand for remixes with other artists or producers such as Justin Bieber releasing a remix of his most streamed single “Sorry,” Billie Eilish teaming up with Justin Bieber to release a remix of her hit single “Bad Guy,” Lizzo recently releasing a remix of her #1 single “Good As Hell” featuring pop queen Ariana Grande and Lil Nas X dropping multiple remixes of “Old Town Road” featuring artists like Mason Ramsey and the iconic Billy Ray Cyrus.

The pair, who now have created arguably the most infectious melody and intro with bbno$’s line, “Did I really just forget that melody,” have released a remix of their popular single “LaLaLa,” featuring pop icon Carly Rae Jepsen and Latin icon Enrique Iglesias. That’s a pretty strong duo to us and there’s no doubt the remix will gain as much attention as the original, which now has almost 400 million streams by gaining much of its popularity as TikTok users used the audio to create viral videos.

Jepsen and Iglesias both have added verses, with Jepsen adding a boastful pop flair and taking over the intro line, as well as Iglesias adding the Latin flair that makes a remix even better, with a Spanish verse matching the melody. Y2K recently said the reaction to the remix has been incredible, but he is still in shock he and bbno$ managed to get two legendary artists on the remix and have so much fun with it.

If the single isn’t already in your head, the Carly Rae Jepsen and Enrique Iglesias twist will definitely become an earworm after one listen. Be sure to check out the remix.
