Environmentally-Conscious Billie Eilish Fans Can Earn Tickets to Her Tour

Billie Eilish will embark on her When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Tour next year and the singer-songwriter is helping her environmentally conscious fans earn tickets to see her live.

The “Bad Guy” singer has partnered with Global Citizen to offer fans tickets to her shows. Global Citizen’s Rewards Platform offers fans a chance to learn more about practices that cause global poverty, such as plastic consumption and climate change. Fans can watch videos, read articles and share content to earn points, which can then be redeemed for chances to win concert tickets. The goal of the Rewards Platform is to end global poverty by 2030 through education and action.

The Rewards Platform has partnered with other artists like the Jonas Brothers, Jason Mraz and The Chainsmokers, to name a few. Each of these artists allows the opportunity for their fans to win tickets to their shows by participating in educational activities on the platform.

Eilish announced her partnership with the Rewards Platform on her social media channels with a video.

The “All The Good Girls Go To Hell” singer has a history of partnering with organizations that advocate for conscious environmentalism and women’s rights. She donated a portion of her earnings from her Music Midtown Festival performance in Atlanta to Planned Parenthood after the Governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, signed one of the strictest abortion bills into law (the law bans abortions after six weeks of pregnancy).

Eilish also marched in the Youth Climate Strike in Downtown Los Angeles, alongside climate activist Greta Thurnberg. The goal of the protest was to demand that California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, phase out fossil fuel production in California. She has consistently urged her fans to participate in climate strikes around the country.

It is noble of Eilish to use her platform to advocate for environmental consciousness. Here’s hoping that fans not only earn tickets to her shows but also learn how to live a more sustainable lifestyle in the process!
