Starring Frank Sinatra as Maj. Bennett Marco, The Manchurian Candidate hit the silver screen 56 years ago this week 🎥 In 1994, the film was designated for preservation in the US @librarycongress’ National Film Registry for having met the criteria of being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
Frank Sinatra, the man, far from a myth, and a total legend, would have celebrated his 104th birthday today. The New Jersey native graced us with classic love songs, ballads and anthems, and he even stole the show on the big screen a few times. No singer or artist can be compared to this icon, with a voice and talent so astounding that his music continues to live on decade after decade.
