Here’s What We Can Expect From Musicians in 2020

2019 was an eventful year for music, to say the least. Billie Eilish and Lizzo were inescapable, Lil Nas X used social media to break a Billboard record and Megan Thee Stallion established the concept of “Hot Girl Summer.” The Jonas Brothers, Harry Styles, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift all dropped insanely successful albums. K-Pop and Reggaeton continued to thrive in an English-speaking market. Mariah Carey resurfaced to acquire her 19th No.1 single. And those are only a handful of 2019’s highlights!

2020 is finally upon us, which means we’ve got 12 long months of new music heading our way. Of course, no week is safe from surprise singles or social media announcements, but here’s a preview of what we already know lies ahead.
