2. His Song for Frankenweenie
In October 2012, Tim Burton’s stop motion film Frankenweenie hit theaters. Prior to the movie’s release, Walt Disney Records put out an album inspired by the film, Frankenweenie Unleashed! (Music Inspired by the Motion Picture), which featured songs by various artists. One of them was Frank Iero, whose song “This Song Is a Curse” was an iTunes bonus track. You might think that Frank Iero and Disney are basically opposites, but “This Song Is a Curse” actually fits the movie very well, though it is not included in the final cut, and it narrates the story of Victor, the main character, pretty accurately.
