The Latest On Wesley Stromberg And The Rest Of Emblem3

We know it’s probably been quite some time since you heard the name Emblem3, and like us, you might be wondering where they’ve been. The band blew up after they appeared on the singing competition, The X Factor, back in 2013. Since then, the band released many hit songs, including the popular “Chloe (You’re the One I Want)” and “3000 Miles.”

The band eventually took a hiatus a few years back to work on themselves as solo artists, but like many things we never expected to happen in 2020, the band surprised us by announcing they would be making music together again. Since Wesley Stromberg‘s birthday is coming up this weekend we decided to give you guys a rundown on everything he, Keaton Stromberg and Drew Chadwick have been up to recently.

The band officially announced their comeback in June in an Instagram post stating that they would be writing and creating music together again. The band also mentioned that they had originally planned to surprise their fans with a tour following the announcement of their reunion. Obviously, with everything going on in the world, a tour isn’t quite possible, but they certainly made it up to their fans by hosting a virtual concert. The profits from the show were donated to the organization MusiCares to help the music community during these difficult times.

In addition to the live show, the band also finally released a studio version for their fan-favorite song “Jaiden,” which before now, only had a live version able to be streamed. The band has yet to release any more new music this year, so we’re hoping that they’ll surprise us with what they’ve been working on in 2021. In the meantime, the boys haven’t abandoned their solo projects and have still released some pretty good stuff over the past few months.

Drew has still been working hard producing music, Keaton has been making music with his band, The Social — which has posted a ton of new covers on YouTube — and Wes just released a new song titled “Over It,” which is definitely a vibe!

It’s great to see that these guys haven’t stopped making music over the years, and we can’t wait to see what else they do in the coming year. In the meantime, however, keep an eye on the boys’ socials and be sure to check out all the stuff they’ve been working on!
